Job Overview

Title: Structural Engineer

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year

Full‑time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Conduct bridge inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports
• Design and analyze structural components using AutoCAD, Micro Station, Midas, and STAAD
• Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for bridge design projects
• Work collaboratively with engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical support to clients and team members as required
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations, including those set by PennDOT

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Civil Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of bridge inspection and design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Micro Station, Midas, and STAAD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
