Massage Therapist

Atlas Therapy is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional rehabilitative services to our community. This position provides autonomy with scheduling, case load, and earning potential. This is meant to be a self-sufficient role with support as needed. Our ideal candidate is eager to join a growing team, focuses on client care, is willing to work collaboratively with PT for a wholistic approach to care, and enjoys working with a variety of cases.

Atlas Therapy continues to lead the way in the State College community in providing the most successful outpatient physical therapy treatment for over a decade. • Entry level to experienced Licensed Massage Therapists.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Understanding and ability to utilize electronic scheduling systems.
• Protecting patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Demonstrates ability to tailor massage techniques to meet diverse client needs, including both therapeutic and relaxation-focused sessions.
• Familiarity with a range of modalities – such as myofascial release, trigger point, sports, or craniosacral therapy is highly valued.
• Maintaining effective communication with the team and ability to work in a shared space.
• Must work as part of the team, keep client care on the forefront, and uphold a positive attitude.
• Maintain a willingness to become an integral part of Atlas Therapy and serve our surrounding communities.

• Must be a highly motivated individual, excel in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work as a team keeping patient care on the forefront.
• With the complexity of our cases, skillset advancement through continued education courses is encouraged and supported.
