Position: Staff Physical Therapist

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs a variety of procedures necessary in the diversified duties of Physical Therapy from the physicians order and general instruction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • Graduate of an approved course in Physical Therapy.
    • Experience
  • Prefer 1-2 years of physical therapy experience.
    • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Must be able to perform all duties associated with the position of Physical Therapist.
  • Good physical condition is necessary to endure stresses of the job.
    • License/Certification/Registration
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
    • SUPERVISION RECEIVED

    Receives general supervision from the Manager, Hospital Outpatient Clinics.
