Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is looking for exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance will be fully reimbursed.

As a Senior Trial Attorney you will manage complex litigation and counsel on a wide range of potential risks, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
