This is a full-time, on-site position located in the State College-DuBois area. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient execution of projects, maintaining excellent client relations, and driving overall business growth. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational strategies, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The General Manager will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and implementing best practices to meet company goals.

• Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience in operations management, project management, and process improvement
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
• Background in customer service and client relationship management
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Knowledge of the property management or pavement maintenance industry and small engines is a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related area preferred
