LESS Materials is currently seeking candidates for a Packaging Associate position to support our company’s product manufacturing and order fulfillment operations. This is a full-time, entry-level position.
- Receive, sort, load, and unload production materials; label, bottle, shrink wrap and inventory products; box and fulfill orders; and perform other product manufacturing and fulfillment activities.
- Use online software to manage and print shipping labels and manifests.
- Follow all company, laboratory safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time; attention to detail with excellent communication skills (via email, Slack, etc.).
- Ability to respond to verbal and written direction; work effectively as part of a team; good problem-solving skills; ability to learn and use computer software programs (e.g., labeling).
- Physical dexterity to perform inventory, manufacturing, packing, shipping, and receiving duties; regularly work on repetitive tasks using manually operated systems; frequent bending and stretching to pack and move items; regular lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
- Note:
role involves chemical/material handling; familiarity/working knowledge of laboratory safety is a plus; laboratory experience may lead to additional opportunities for this position, commensurate with experience.
