Job Overview
The DuBois Nursing Home is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day, evening, and night shifts.
Shift ScheduleDays: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Evenings: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Nights: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
- Order prescribed medications and supplies in accordance with established policies.
- Accurately note physician orders.
- Review and update care plans and resident profile records as necessary.
- Complete all documentation each shift according to facility policies.
- Give and receive nursing report at shift change.
- Supervise Nursing Assistants and report to the RN Supervisor.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid state license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow facility policies and protocols.
