LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem

Role Overview: An outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in a walk-in healthcare setting, delivering timely care for family health needs including physicals, immunizations, and treatment of minor illnesses.

• Assist providers with patient assessments, including taking medical histories, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing under provider supervision.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support diagnostic procedures, assist with minor surgical and diagnostic exams, and help maintain a sterile environment.
• Manage patient communication, respond to inquiries, and follow up on diagnostic results to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain clinical environment cleanliness, organize examination/treatment rooms, and ensure availability of necessary equipment.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to work to the top of their license in an ambulatory setting.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and aseptic protocols.
