UPMC Family Hospice and Palliative Care in State College area is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. The role includes direct one-on-one patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, social workers, and nursing staff, and a focus on compassionate, Life Changing Medicine in patients' homes or care facilities.
Mondays through Fridays daylight shifts 8:00 am–4:30 pm with on-call, holiday, and weekend rotations. Licensed RN, CPR/BLS required; BSN preferred.
