The facility is seeking an advanced practitioner for locum tenens coverage in the PCICU. The hospital provides comprehensive pediatric critical care services supported by multiple APPs and attending physicians. The clinical environment is structured to maintain consistent, high-quality care for a pediatric patient population.

A board-certified Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner is required to provide inpatient coverage in the PCICU, working 12-hour day shifts and 14-hour night shifts, with 60% of shifts designated as nights. Clinicians will manage 5 patients during day shifts and 7 patients during night shifts. Clinicians will collaborate with 1-2 other APPs and an attending physician to support patient care.

Case Load/PPD: 5 patients during day shifts; 7 patients during night shifts

Support Staff: 1-2 APPs, 1 attending physician
