Description
Skills of Central PA is seeking for a Full-Time Quality Improvement/Compliance Specialist. This position will be based at the Corporate Office in State College, PA. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, with flexibility required due to the nature of the position requirements.
The Quality Improvement/Compliance Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Quality Improvement & Compliance and will be responsible for assisting in providing continual risk assessment and in the development of policies and procedures, protocols, compliance training, and internal investigations.

Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
SPECIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIESA strong administrative skill set is a necessity including:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Computer literate in Windows-based environment
- Knowledge and experience in human service evaluation design, measurement, and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of human service compliance
- Ability to develop and implement staff training programs
- Ability to understand complex regulations and state and federal laws
- Ability to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of information
