What You’ll DoAs a Retail Specialist at Snappy’s, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly while providing friendly service and making sure customers can find what they need.

Serve Up Great Service:
Greet customers, provide friendly and helpful service, and make sure they have a great experience.

Handle Customer Transactions:
Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the register while following procedures for age-restricted products.

Keep the Store Stocked:
Stock and organize coolers, shelves, displays, and other product areas throughout your shift.

Keep Products Fresh:
Rotate products, check dates, and remove outdated items to maintain freshness and quality.

Maintain Beverage Areas:
Keep fountain drink and hot beverage stations stocked, clean, and ready for customers.

Keep It Clean:
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store throughout your shift.

Follow Safety & Security Procedures:
Follow company procedures for store security, POS access, vendor check-in, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!

Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.

Attitude: A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
