As an Account Manager at Accu Weather for the Business division, you will be responsible for driving customer renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, conducting business reviews, and fostering long-term relationships with our partners. You'll work as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team, helping clients maximize the value they receive from Accu Weather's products and services while contributing to business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Customer Renewals:
Regularly engage with customers to ensure the successful renewal of contracts. Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction while ensuring strong profitability for Accu Wisconsin. - Upsell & Growth:
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within your book of business. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and drive growth by upselling relevant products and services. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, strategic touchpoints, and business reviews. Ensure customers are maximizing the value of Accu Weather's offerings and are up to date on new features or solutions. - Business Development:
Contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities through outreach to prospective customers. - Other duties as assigned as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent in education and experience.
- Previous experience with Enterprise, large corporate sales environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and
* w presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage both external and internal customer relationships. - A customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to interpret customer needs and collaborate with other teams to provide world‑class service.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently, but also comfortable working as part of a team to drive customer success.
- Proven track record of managing customer accounts, renewals, and growing client relationships.
