• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand project requirements.
• Frame wall, roof, stair and deck structures.
• Interior commercial doors, baseboards, and acoustical ceilings.
• Install siding, trim, roofing, fascia and soffit.
• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Operate tools, machines, and other equipment.

• Performing carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.

• Two years prior experience as carpenter (preferred)
• Knowledge of building code requirements
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Experience as lead carpenter
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all time
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Reliable Transportation
