We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Service Division. Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Commercial maintenance in office buildings.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.
• Customer service.
• Rotating On-Call.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
