• Operate excavators, backhoes, skid loaders, and all other earth moving equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Move earth, soil, and other building materials as required.
• Work with various types of pipe and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Use signals and operate ISO & ASE (Cat/JD Controls) for precision movements.
• Travel for local and out‑of‑town projects as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and avoid inappropriate risks.

• Two years of experience operating earth moving equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Can safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and climb out of ditches.
• Good team communication skills.
• Must wear proper protective equipment at all times.
• Reliable transportation to travel to jobsites.
• Valid state Driver’s License.
• Experience with pipework.
• OSHA 10‑Hour certification is a plus.
