Electrician-Maintenance Technician

• Respond quickly and courteously toservice requests; troubleshoot and take the appropriate actionto repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established
• Prioritize and manage your daily workload to ensure successful completion of work requests
• Manage work requests via company provided mobile tablet; receive&update work requests, input comments within work request, take photos/video and upload to work request
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Work within a collaborative team environment and often perform work independently

• Electrical Systems:
  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial

  Systems:
  
  Electrical panel box replacement; replace breakers; add electrical circuits from panel to new location; run new power for HVAC systems; add new light fixtures, appliances, receptacles, or switches that require rewiring; install and wire new smoke detectors
• Electrical Service& Repair:
  
  Interior and exterior lighting repair or replacements; lighting upgrades; light switches, GFCI outlets, and standard electrical receptacles repair or replacement; bathroom exhaust fan cleaning, repair, or replacement; removal of obsolete cables & wiring; baseboard heater replacement; ceiling fan installation
• General Repair & Maintenance:
  From time to time, and when there is not specific electrical work, you will contribute to the overall maintenance services through basic plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and handy-type activities applied to properties

• 3 years of Electrical experience
• Electriciancertification
• Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift materials greater than
  50pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Background Check and Drug Testing
