Front Counter Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Front Counter Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Here at Chick-fil-A Staten Island Mall we are looking for positive, well rounded individuals to join our team. While you are not primarily making guest interactions in this role it is still this roles responsibility for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Store Hours 7AM-9:45PM

Front Counter Stager Responsibilities:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Bag guest orders accurately on carry-out and mobile bagging stations

* Be able to make dessert items in a quick paced setting

* Be able to make mobile drinks in a quick paced setting

* Be able to make register drinks in a quick paced setting

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests on wait times

* Communicate effectively with Kitchen team members when on either bagging stations

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times

* Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service

* Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist guests

* Customer service duties:

* Greeting guests

* Serving and running orders out when needed

* Restocking supplies

* Maintaining a clean store environment

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must be 16 years or older

* Consistency and reliability

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Able to multi-task

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis

* Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

* Candidates must be able to work Friday or Saturday shifts!
