Assistant Project Manager

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

The Sack Company is a commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) company that is currently looking for motivated candidates to join our Electrical Team.

• Assist electrical construction project managers with project coordination, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Manage change orders, including documentation, tracking, and communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate project documentation, such as RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.

• Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with the construction industry are required.
• Previous experience in a related role or relevant educational background is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
