Georgia Southern University, located in Statesboro, Georgia, invites applications for part‑time faculty positions in the Fred & Dinah Gretsch School of Music for the 2024‑2025 academic year. The role is on a semester‑by‑semester, as‑needed basis and supports music education and music performance majors.

The Gretsch School of Music is recruiting a pool of part‑time faculty to teach applied music courses. Teaching assignments will align with earned degrees and the SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

• Teach applied music courses for music education and music performance majors.
• Align courses with earned degrees and faculty credentials guidelines.

• Masters in Music.
• Experience teaching privately in applied instrument.

• College teaching experience in applied instrument.

• Consistently exhibit engaging customer service.
• Ability to support various constituencies served by the University.
• Proven proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or required applications.

• Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills.
