Location: Armstrong Campus – Savannah, GA
Employment Type: Full‑time

Job Overview: The Enrollment Services Representative assists students and university constituents with enrollment‑related needs in Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar, and Admissions functions using excellent customer service in the university’s first‑stop enrollment services department.
Responsibilities- Provide direct customer assistance to prospective and current students and their supporters with enrollment processes primarily in Financial Aid, Registrar, Bursar, and Admissions departments.
- Assist students and university constituents who come to the first‑stop Enrollment Services Department in a face‑to‑face setting.
- Understand current Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Bursar policies and procedures and how they impact student enrollment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service consistently and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA.
- Conduct outreach to students assisting with enrollment requirements via phone, email, tickets, etc.
- Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One or more years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of complex student information systems used in higher education (e.g., Banner, Xtender).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous office experience.
- Experience in a high‑volume, first‑stop integrated student services office or call center.
$20.67 per hour (non‑exempt, biweekly basis).
