Job Summary

Assist the Child Development Specialist in infant, toddler, and/or preschool classrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements lesson plans and curriculum
  • Provides a safe, stimulating environment for young children
  • Conducts individual and group activities to encourage learning and develop social interaction skills
  • Helps prepare and/or serve children’s meals
  • Maintains appropriate records of attendance and activities
Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree or two (2) or more years of post-secondary education
Other

Required Qualifications
  • Certification in First Aid and infant, child and adult CPR
Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years of related work experience
Compensation

Proposed Salary: $16.15 - $19.78 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
