The Assistant Director for Global Residential Engagement and Learning provides leadership for residential student engagement,learning, and student support initiatives associated with the institution's international campus in Wexford, Ireland. The position serves as the primary University Housing lead for the residential program in Ireland and develops the systems, personnel,training, and assessment practices necessary to provide a safe,inclusive, educational, and engaging residential experience for students participating in the program.

This position requires travel to Ireland for up to 60 days in acalendar year. When stateside, this position will serve as the substitute for the individual selected to travel with each academicrotation.

• Provide leadership for University Housing's residential programat the Wexford, Ireland campus. Serve in residence in Wexford forone rotation annually to ensure consistent delivery of service
• Oversee residential operations, including assigning studentspaces, coordinating building readiness, and advocating for capitalrepairs
• In conjunction with the University Housing Leadership Team,oversee residential operations, student support, conduct, safety,crisis response, engagement, learning, and complex management forthe Wexford campus
