This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, monitoring and assisting laboring patients, supporting C-sections, and performing triage for patients 20 weeks and up. Required qualifications include active RN licensure, certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and at least two years of labor and delivery experience with prior travel assignment experience.

Shift: Nights (6:45p – 7:15a) | Every other weekend | Call required (2 call shifts per 6 weeks, one must be a weekend)

? Requirements &
Experience:
• Active RN Licensure
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NRP Certification
• Minimum 2+ years of L&D experience
• At least 1 previously completed L&D travel assignment required
• Must be able to pass an EKG test
• CPN & Cerner experience preferred
? Additional Details:
• Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity
• Unit size: 13 beds
• No floating required
• Block scheduling may be accommodated if weekend shift requirement is met (must be noted on submittal)
• Scope:
Monitor and assist laboring patients, communicate with providers, circulate for C-sections, and competently triage patients 20 weeks and up
