AJIN Georgia is a global automotive parts manufacturer. Our Georgia facility operates with a strong focus on manufacturing excellence, safety, and continuous innovation, and we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in a fast-growing automotive manufacturing environment.

The Purchasing Specialist supports procurement operations by managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier communication, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support uninterrupted production.

• Manage daily purchasing activities and purchase order processing. (including Supply Center Items)
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Maintain accurate SAP system records for materials and inventory.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master data.
• Oversee consumables, including CO2, welding tips, and safety supplies.
• Prepare purchasing documents, invoices, and expense reports.
• Support inventory audits and material flow activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
• Business-level English communication skills required.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
