We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving problems, tackling challenges, and keeping production equipment in top condition. If you love working with your hands, using your technical skills, and learning something new every day, this is the job for you.
Maintain and repair plant systems — including structures, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and more.
Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of production equipment to keep things running efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Use machining and bench tools to modify and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding.
Monitor and interpret process data to make precise equipment adjustments that ensure quality standards.
Take on other maintenance-related tasks as needed — teamwork makes it all happen!
What You BringSolid troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Computer literacy for diagnostics and data tracking
Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification required)
Fluent in English (and local language, if applicable)
Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma (or equivalent experience) required
At least 1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
Physical RequirementsLift or carry up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs occasionally
Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a full shift (8–12 hours)
Use power tools and operate motorized vehicles safely
Work in environments where hearing protection is required

Position DescriptionUses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.
Job Responsibilities- Maintains structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment
- Performs various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
- Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge
- Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate forklift
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
High School diploma in equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills
Physical & Environmental RequirementsMay be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. (Frequently 5 – 25 pounds), (Occasionally 25 – 75 pounds), (Rarely greater than 75 pounds)
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to use power/vibrating tools over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
