Part Time Community Assistant – Asset Living

Responsibilities
  • Property Leasing and Administration
  • Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
  • Greet, qualify, tour, and lease to prospective residents; move-ins and sign leases
  • Close sales through lead generation, tours, follow-up, and maintaining model units
  • Prepare leasing paperwork prior to move-in
  • Assist with lease audits, unit turnovers, and the turn process
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
  • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed
  • Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in resident retention programs (events, promotions, monthly newsletter)
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the office, common areas, and model
  • Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan and conduct market surveys/analysis
  • Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market surveys
  • Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent service and monitor response times
  • Represent the community positively to achieve property objectives and public recognition
  • Enforce community policies as directed by your supervisor
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally
  • Walk and sit; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Salary Range: $10 per hour to $12 per hour
