Part Time Community Assistant – Asset Living

- Property Leasing and Administration
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Greet, qualify, tour, and lease to prospective residents; move-ins and sign leases
- Close sales through lead generation, tours, follow-up, and maintaining model units
- Prepare leasing paperwork prior to move-in
- Assist with lease audits, unit turnovers, and the turn process
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in resident retention programs (events, promotions, monthly newsletter)
- Contribute to the upkeep of the office, common areas, and model
- Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan and conduct market surveys/analysis
- Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market surveys
- Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent service and monitor response times
- Represent the community positively to achieve property objectives and public recognition
- Enforce community policies as directed by your supervisor
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally
- Walk and sit; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Salary Range: $10 per hour to $12 per hour
