Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team at our quick service fast casual restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant, including food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.

Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations during transactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.

Attitude towards work responsibilities and tasks provided by the shift leaders should never be compromised as it helps create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a quick service fast casual restaurant or similar environment is preferred.

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is an asset.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role.

Must be able to lift the boxes weighing up to 40 Ibs.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

*** Candidates MUST provide weekend availability.
