Line Cook

Eagle Creek Brewing Company is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in our Statesboro, Georgia location. The Line Cook will prepare hot and cold foods for our guests, including burgers, chicken, salads, fries, and brunch items.

• Cook – Prepare hot and cold food (wraps, salads, desserts, sandwiches, burgers, ribs, and steaks) and customize orders for guests.
• Prep – Prepare food for service, including queso, vegetables, hummus, etc., solo or with coworkers. Knife skills are a plus.
• Clean and stock – Ensure all workstations are stocked and clean; sanitize all work areas and guest seating areas.

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Good memory to manage multiple orders and recall plating, recipes, and cook times
• Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly
• Ability to lift 15–40 pounds at a time
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
