Position Overview: Are you ready to ignite your career in sales with passion and professionalism? We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth of our life insurance products. As a key member of the sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, enabling you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting. - Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring messages to address client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively and provide clients with relevant information. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management review. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

- Additional compensation:
