Installation Technician, Field/Service Technician
Sorenson Communications is seeking a compassionate Installer/Trainer to help customers use Caption Call in their homes. You will install and troubleshoot devices, demonstrate features, and promote the Caption Call service while delivering friendly, patient support.
The role is part‑time with flexible hours and potential for growth. You will travel to customer locations (less than 25% travel), work independently, and maintain accurate records and reports to support service quality and inventory
