Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective of the business.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have, or be able to obtain within six months, a bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Meet all DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including an active driver's license and a DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Preferred

• Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• Business or related academic major.
• Leadership/management role in campus or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
