Management Trainee – Cintas

Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective of the business.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have, or be able to obtain within six months, a bachelor’s degree.
Requirements
- Meet all DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including an active driver's license and a DOT medical certification.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Provide documentation of previous employment.
Preferred
- Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
- Business or related academic major.
- Leadership/management role in campus or extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
