Iredell Health System is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail‑oriented Guest Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a front‑facing role, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

• All shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• A Week:
  Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• B Week:
  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual preferred; ability to understand, make oneself understood to all Spanish‑speaking individuals, as well as read and write Spanish proficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
