As a Finance Analyst, you will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. In this role, you will partner with New Product Development (NPD) finance leads to attain business objectives for new product development. This role provides cross-functional teams from Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Sourcing with concise and relevant information to understand and make decisions regarding product margins, investment, and cost targets.

This position is open to a location of West Fargo, Gwinner, Bismarck, ND;
Johnson Creek, WI; or Statesville, NC and offers the potential for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Provide team with monthly analysis of actual spending vs. forecast and plan. Work with team on monthly variance explanations/analysis and assist forecast preparation.
• Monitor and report impact from product changes.
• Actively build positive relationships to understand and communicate drivers of financial performance.
• Analyze product profitability, identify areas of improvement and make appropriate recommendations as necessary.
• Provide financial data in support of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Accounting or Finance major is preferred; other Business-related majors will be considered.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  2-5 years’ progressive financial analysis and planning experience.
• Manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience.
• Adjusts work assignments or schedules for self and others to meet changing work priorities.
• Ability to define an issue despite incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Effectively communicates complex issues, tailoring the message to a particular audience.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint and in cost accounting systems such as Oracle.
