ACT Team Mental Health Professional Generalist

Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area.
  • If AP, one (1) year of professional mental health work experience. If QP, two (2) years of professional mental health work experience.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
  • Serves as an active member of the ACT Team, participates in team meetings, and provides input into the person-centered planning process.
  • Show knowledge and use of clinical process to achieve positive outcomes including evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning.
  • Remain available face to face or by telephone, 24 hours a day 7 days a week as staff serves as the first responder in crisis situations.
  • Effectively use clinical and administrative supervision to improve the quality and performance of services for consumers and organizations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage an assigned caseload and meet the direct care billable productivity expectations of the organization.
Basic Requirements
  • Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
  • Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
  • Provide proof of your education.
