Pharmacy Technician, Full Time at ICFAI

Join us as a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and keeping accurate patient records. This role operates under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

3rd Shift, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician certification required (current and updated before expiration date).
• Current registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy or registration within 30 days of hire.
• Hospital experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g., preparing IV admixtures, use of computer).
• Lifting and carrying loads up to 50 pounds; must pass basic FIT test for stooping and kneeling, and have full range of body motion for sitting, walking, standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate equipment used for the job and handle a high volume of work.
• Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within specified time periods, adapt to frequent interruptions and changing workloads, set priorities, solve problems, and respond quickly to emergency requests.
• Normal range of hearing and vision to perform work and communicate.
