Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. All duties are performed under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and must comply with legal requirements.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Location: Salisbury, NC

Salary: $85,000.00 – $ per year

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current Pharmacy Technician certification (must be valid before the expiration date).
• Current registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy or must obtain registration within 30 days of hire.
• Hospital experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g., preparing IV admixtures, computer use).
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds and pass a basic FIT test; must have full range of motion to stoop, kneel, sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate equipment used for the job and handle a high volume of work.
• Accurate work with attention to detail within specified time periods; able to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changing workloads and schedules.
• Normal range of hearing and vision to perform work and communicate.

Entry level;
