Description
Assists the Case Management staff by performing clerical duties related to case management and discharge planning. Has full access to patient health information.
Shift: M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s license
- 1-2 years clinical and/or clerical experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- Knowledge of operation of personal computer and Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements:
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Visual acuity, hearing, stooping, reaching and kneeling
