As an HR Representative at WTSA Security, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to deliver elite safety solutions across the Carolinas. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HR operations, we want to hear from you!

This position includes recruiting, with travel from time to time, as well as job fairs.

• Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Recruiting and job fairs
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
• Conduct exit interviews and handle unemployment claims
• Assist with full cycle recruiting and interview scheduling
• Administer benefits enrollment and leave administration

• Experience in HR operations and employment law
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems
• Proficiency in HRIS management and offer letters
• Strong leadership skills in HR compliance and open enrollment
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
