Join Iredell Health System as a full‑time Revenue Cycle System Analyst. You will support the Information Systems team and optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Analyze and optimize Oracle Revenue Cycle workflows including billing, claims, collections, and patient financial services.
• Configure and maintain Oracle applications to support revenue cycle operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Provide end‑user training and support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with Oracle updates and healthcare industry regulations.

Monday‑Friday, with call rotation. May be required to work off shifts and weekends for implementations and on‑call after hours.

• Minimum Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Math. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience for Associate level; three years for Bachelor level.
• Recent experience in a hospital information systems department, with evaluation, selection, and installation of automated information systems, required experience on IBM AS/400.
• Experience with Windows servers and UNIX systems desired.
• Formal training or direct experience with personal computer e‑mail, spreadsheets, word processors, Internet.
• Ability to explain technical aspects of duties to supervisors and coworkers.
• Full range of body motion to pass essential physical requirements (walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and sitting for extended periods).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Accurate eyesight and hearing required.
• Position must reside within 30 minutes of Iredell Medical Hub.
