Overview

GPAC has partnered with a well-established, expanding dairy manufacturing operation seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support plant reliability, uptime, and team leadership.

This opportunity is ideal for a maintenance leader who understands dairy processing environments, thrives on the floor, and enjoys leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily maintenance operations in a dairy manufacturing facility
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and PM functions
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed and continuously improved
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and support production goals
• Maintain compliance with food safety, GMPs, and safety standards
• Coordinate with production and leadership to support plant performance and growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Dairy background required (fluid milk, cheese, yogurt, cultured products, etc.)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience supporting high-speed processing and packaging equipment
• Ability to lead a team while remaining involved on the plant floor

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $90,000-$100,000
• Full benefits package
• Long-term growth potential as the operation continues to expand
