Are you a hands-on materials leader who thrives on improving processes, reducing waste, and ensuring production runs seamlessly? We're looking for a Materials Manager to lead inventory management and material flow operations, driving continuous improvement, cost savings, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Our manufacturing client has created a new Materials Manager role. This individual will lead efforts focused on material flow optimization, inventory management, replenishment systems, and introduction of lean manufacturing.
What You Bring- Proven experience in materials management, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, replenishment systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
