Shift Options- Day, Evening or Night shifts available.
- Full-Time or Part-Time, all shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 pm to 11 pm, 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.
- 8-hour shifts to support work-life balance.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

- Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
