Description
The Nurse Anesthetist administers anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures for all age groups – neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients following medically approved techniques under the professional direction of an anesthesiologist or surgeon.
Full time CRNA needed for 32 hour position; two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hr shift; no call or weekends required; only one holiday per year;
Experience high quality anesthesia in a friendly work environment, where your teammates feel like family. Anesthetics are for adult and pediatric patients in a variety of settings: OR, ENDOSCOPY, OB, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Lithotripsy Unit.
Available shifts:
Anesthesia – CRNA FULL TIME – $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
Requirements
- Current Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA Council on Certification or eligible for certification
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure in North Carolina
- Current Verification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Member of the AANA (optional)
- Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS. NRP certification on hire or within 6 months of hire date.
- Current Credentials / Reappointment per IHS Bylaws
- Successful completion of hospital and unit-specific orientation
