A reputable partner hospital in Statesville, North Carolina is seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its progressive, tight-knit team. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with ultrasound, digital x-rays, endoscopy, and full in-house labs, offering comprehensive veterinary services for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics.

This practice prides itself on building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients and the local community, all within a Fear-Free environment that promotes wellness for both pets and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relationship-based, compassionate care to clients and patients

  • Collaborate with leadership and the clinical team to ensure optimal care

  • Support and mentor team development through the Level Up training program

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including general wellness, diagnostics, and surgeries

  • Engage with the Statesville community and build strong client relationships

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)

  • Active North Carolina veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Clinical proficiency in diagnostics, surgery, and general care

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Collaborative, compassionate, and team-focused
