• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes following established recipes and presentation techniques.
• Operate grills, fryers, broilers, and other kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Ensure food quality meets the highest standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed.

• Experience in a culinary role, preferably in the food industry or dietary department.
• Proficiency in grill cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong skills in food preparation, including kitchen equipment operation.

• Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:30pm.
• Saturdays 5:00am-12:00pm.
