Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority of work occurs on a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority of work occurs on days, not nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe conduct
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification (required for vehicles weighing >10,000 lbs.)
• Age 21 years or older
• Documentation of previous employment
• Physical ability to meet job requirements
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; military service acceptable
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and ability to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
