Schedule
- Full-time, onsite role
- Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
Compensation:$75,000 – $95,000 / year

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire aSales Managerto lead a growing sales team in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and the chance to represent a well-known brand in the aftermarket automotive community.
Responsibilities/Job Description
- Lead and manage a small sales team, including customer service representatives and an account manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations, approvals, and team activities to ensure sales targets are met
- Analyze sales numbers and identify areas for growth and product focus
- Serve as a brand ambassador at car shows, customer meetings, and industry events
- Support escalated product and lead inquiries from customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational leaders
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in automotive or aftermarket parts
- Strong knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive culture
- Proven experience managing and motivating a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable attending car shows and representing the brand externally
- Technical understanding of automotive parts required
- Highly motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
- Preferred:Previous Cardone training experience
