Job Title:Sales Manager

Location:
Statesville, NC

Schedule

  • Full-time, onsite role
  • Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch)

Compensation:$75,000 – $95,000 / year

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire aSales Managerto lead a growing sales team in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and the chance to represent a well-known brand in the aftermarket automotive community.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Lead and manage a small sales team, including customer service representatives and an account manager
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, approvals, and team activities to ensure sales targets are met
  • Analyze sales numbers and identify areas for growth and product focus
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at car shows, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Support escalated product and lead inquiries from customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational leaders

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in automotive or aftermarket parts
  • Strong knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive culture
  • Proven experience managing and motivating a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable attending car shows and representing the brand externally
  • Technical understanding of automotive parts required
  • Highly motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Preferred:Previous Cardone training experience
