• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition
• Complete service requests
• Perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems
• Repair exterior and roof damage

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Numerous and varied handyman skills
• Ability to lift and move 100 lbs. and operate safely in all environments
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to excel in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen
• Cooperative and collaborative, willing to work in a team

• Demonstrated hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and ability to stoop, bend, lift, and climb
• Endurance to perform strenuous tasks
• Capacity to climb ladders and work in extreme weather conditions

• Hourly wage range: $26.00 - $29.00 depending on experience
